Please note that our prices apply to outbound repatriation only, as inbound repatriation is often covered by international insurance or travel assistance policies. What we Do?

If your family requires repatriation services from the UK, we will manage the full process on your behalf. This includes:

  • Collection of the deceased from any UK location
  • Preparation and embalming (required for international transport)
  • Completion of legal documentation, including:
    • Death certificate x2
    • Passport and/or ID card
    • ‘Out of England’ certificate from the local Coroner
    • Free from Infection Certificate from the hospital
  • Flight arrangements for international transfer
  • Coordination with receiving funeral directors abroad
  • Embassy/consulate visits where required (additional charges may apply)
  • Liaison with airlines, customs, and foreign authorities

We will also require the full contact information of the funeral director or point of reception in the destination country, including their name, address, phone number and email.

What You Need to Provide

To begin the process, we will ask you for the following:

  • Two copies of the death certificate
  • A copy of the deceased’s passport or national ID card
  • Contact details for the funeral director receiving the body in the destination country

Once received, our team will handle every legal, administrative and logistical aspect to ensure your loved one is returned home with dignity and care.
